Great job, the only criticism is that you guys are too expensive!
I will be buying my own equipment for next time as the main cleaning machine is brand new under $500 dollars .

Very friendly and helpful receptionist when l made first contact (Gina, lf l remember correctly). John the plumber even arrived 30 mins earlier than start of allocated time frame but did ring 30 mis prior to let me know he was on his way. John was friendly and very professional. Blocked drain cleared of tree roots and suitable long term options discussed. All sorted within one hour.

Excellent service by Justin. From my initial call to the time of service, I was kept informed of the process. Justin explained the process and well planned to finish the job within the allocated hour. He was friendly on the job and explained to me the cause and reason for the blockage including identifying the location of the trap. I was advised of the cost and payment upfront and would definitely recommend Justin and the Drain Man for any kind of emergency service. I would definitely recommend The Drain Man. Jayne was super nice when I called to make the booking. As promised, Andrew called 30 minutes before he arrived and was extremely professional and polite.
