Warren was really great. Knew exactly what he was doing and didn't charge me a fortune. Everywhere else wanted to charge me $50 every 15min without knowing what the problem was. So that raised alarm bells. Warren had a very reasonable flat service fee and found the problem. Very honest tradesman.
