Guy can out to fix my fridge, all he did was defrost it and spent the whole time answering phone calls. Less than four weeks later the fridge plays up again with the SAME fault. Was unable to get a hold of anybody from the 1300 number. In the end I called out somebody else and he actually fixed the problem as its a common fault. I wouldn't recommend these people unless you want to throw away good money.

Spoke to Tony who diagnosed the fault over the phone and suggested a temporary fix - warning that it would recur.
When that happened, he arrived as arranged and repaired the fridge for the estimated price.
Cannot speak highly enough of Tony and this mob.

Just brilliant. Spoke to Tony who gave me an approximate diagnosis over the phone and asked me to send details via email of my faulty Westinghouse fridge. John then responded with a thorough diagnosis from the most likely to least likely scenarios and also quoted a price for either or, which was very fair. Arrived to scheduled appointment, fixed it in less than half an hour and was spot on with initial diagnosis. Also gave 1 year guarantee and told me to monitor for 24 hours and to call if there were any issues. Highly professional, friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Had initially called Westinghouse and when their tech arrived he just told me to buy a new fridge without even running any diagnostic tests, saying it would die soon anyway, hence, why I soon after called “the Fridge guy.” Would definitely recommend them.
