I had very bad experience with good guys carseldine. Harvey norman had fridge on sale. As good guys is close to my home, I called them to see if they can match the price. The lady said they got price beat guarantee and offered to best the price and give me quote including extra warranty. I asked her if I can come next day and pay for it. She said no problem at all. When I went to the store next day, everyone at good guys told me that they cannot give me that price as sale is finished yesterday. Why they promised on the phone if they not going to give the price when they agree on phone. They robbed me from sale otherwise I would have bought other store. Never trust them again.

Went to the store and purchased our new dishwasher. The Staff, Jo-Ann, Lachlan and Debbie had service with a smile which is lacking in other stores. Can't thank them enough for their professional advice, professional service, great price and product. A great package in one and would recommend The Good Guys Carseldine.

I have bought a few things from here as they have always beaten the price. I bought a fridge last week and the salesman was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I don't like giving a sale to someone who doesn't know the product, which is the reason I went back to Good Guys. My family is extremely happy with our purchase and the customer service received. We will definitely be back!

We have bought a lot of appliances at this store over the last few years, and have always found they are the best for service and price. We went to there to buy a microwave last week after checking prices online. The assistant that served us was friendly, but not very knowledgeable about the product we were buying. What did impressed me though is that he took $20 of the price without us even having to ask. I love that you always get a discount voucher for your next purchase when you shop here as well.

I went to this store today hoping they would be able to match or better the price I had got for a Fridge including delivery and removal of the old fridge.

The sales assistant, Beverley, was knowledge and able to match the price I had obtain from an online store. The product will be delivered the following day.

It was great to deal with a person and not be a number in a online store - definitely will go back to this store!
