I bought a 250$ galaxy a7 from them. The sales guys gave me an impression that he is selling me insurance. I even asked him if i have to pay excess. He said no excess. If anything happens just bring it back they’ll replace it on the spot.
Only mention he made that i shouldn’t hit a cricket ball on it when i mentioned to him that I’m buying it for on field usage. Throughout my conversation he gave me an impression that I’m buying insurance similar to what we get for phone. If he didn’t say that i would have not got that cover from them. What good is it to spend 50$ extra if it’s not going to cover most common problem with tablets and phones?? I always get insurance for my phone for this reason. For the first time i had to use it. When the time came i couldn’t!

Unfortunately i dropped my tablet within a week in my drive way. When i went in for replacement they said their excess warranty doesn’t cover it! When i mentioned my conversation with sales rep to this dude he mentions i should have read terms and conditions. So based on his statement even he thinks i shouldn’t trust what his sales rep says in the store.

Now I’m stuck with 300$ brick. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. Thieves!

I don't usually enjoy shopping for whitegoods or electrical equipment, but every time I visit this particular Good Guys store in Cranbourne, I always find what I want quickly and the service assistants are helpful but not pushy. There is a really friendly environment here and the bonus is, I'm always given the best deal compared to other stores.

Purchased a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner today from The Good Guys Cranbourne. The salesman, Tim, was one of the best sales people I have come across. He spent nearly half an hour going over all the alternative Dyson styles giving me a demo on three of the models I was interested in. He showed me how to empty, change heads and went over all the alternatives that Dyson offer. It was great to test run them in store. Prices were most competitive. was missing a cable and software disc from a video cam when i found them missing they rang the manufacturer and had it posted to me
