From the delightful office Manager, Sharon to the brilliant Darrell the installer and the fabulous electrician, Ash, this would be one of the nicest and most professional companies I have ever dealt with. The work was done expertly with ALL old materials and packaging removed. My new Daikin 6kw is a joy. Very quiet and efficient. In the whole experience everything was brilliantly taken care of.
If only I could I would give them 10 stars.

Purchased a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner today from The Good Guys Cranbourne. The salesman, Tim, was one of the best sales people I have come across. He spent nearly half an hour going over all the alternative Dyson styles giving me a demo on three of the models I was interested in. He showed me how to empty, change heads and went over all the alternatives that Dyson offer. It was great to test run them in store. Prices were most competitive. Wow. What a team at Sofas by Design. Have just picked up my 6 balloon backed dining chairs. They look even better than when they were brand new 8 years ago. Mrs Edwards, who has a background in interior design, spent ages showing me heaps of different fabrics and advising me on colours. Mr Edwards is obviously a Master Craftsman. He has given each chair a superb finish, and all in a very short time as I required them for a luncheon party at short notice. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I was so pleased with the finished result that I will certainly be telling all my friends and I will certainly be back.
