Plenty of display items but none to buy can order in .you suck good guys

Stock management is lack listed.
Well that waste of time just cost me $50+ dollars in cab fees.
Ordered item for Click and Collect. I'm I Adelaide for respite break and as a result do not have my car with me. Get taxi to take me to pick up item so instead of the $18 dollars it would have cost me to go straight to my sisters it's costing close to $70 for the trip and I don't have my gopro charger.
Very not happy.

I got a washing machine last week and its hose connector to the inlet was leaking. I called them up and asked about what can I do, the good guy said I can come with those and they will get it replaced. When I reached there on Friday evening another guy there was reluctant to replace it saying its a mistake from our side. I had the extra warranty for which I paid extra $135 and delivery and installation charges I paid $60. After they installed we noticed its leaking and we reported it soon, but I could only go there on friday as I come late from work and he made all drama. I had to be hard on them to replace it. I find their service poor

If I need anything electrical for the Home, I go to the Good Guys. Spit system airconditioner was an end of the lilne system, I got it and delivered after a good haggle. Love coming here.

I bought a dryer online on Sunday night.... and the delivery was only $2 (impressive). They called me mid morning on Monday and it was delivered by Monday arvo... can't get better than that! Cheers!

Good Guys got fantastic value, pay less pay cash, Double up & Save! My grandaughter bought her video camara at an unbelivevable price. Attention is excelent. and if you buy on line Save time!

Have now moved to Gepps Cross. Fantastic premises. Great service. I walked in and walked out with what I needed within 1/2 an hour. Very friendly staff always willing to lend a hand. Competitive too as they give you ok discount if you pay cash. Keep up the good work. Jim Drivas the manager is very friendly. have dealt with him on numerous occasions and has always looked after us. Keep up the great work!!!!

Their 'Pay Less Pay Cash' slogan is not necessarily accurate and they do not always honour their price match policy. This has resulted in me shopping elsewhere and getting better prices and service particularly when multiple items are involved. Good range of products especially since relocating to Gepps Cross - european appliances now available. Very keen to offer 'free' extended warranties on items instead of better prices. If I wanted these options I would ask, some of us are aware that these extended warranties are not worth the paper they are written on and hence do not appeal.
Do your homework on prices before approaching store if looking for best pricing.

A friend and I went in to buy 1 thing, then shop elsewhere for other items. A new ironing board was on the list. I did not even know Good Guys sold them. I had researched prices on the internet and they beat every price I had. The service every time I go there is well above average.

I love this shop. Sometimes I shop around for the best price but I always end up back at the Good Guys. They always have the lowest price on any product I have needed. Why waste time looking elsewhere? The staff are always friendly and helpful and they know their products well. Three cheers guys.

they seem a friendly electrical store the only down side is they say pay less for cash the only thing they dont say is the less is usually $5 and they are on par and sometimes a little dearer than thier competitors

Excellent company to deal with one of the best for white good applicances. We brought everything needed for our house and they offered us a very low competitive price that was much more lower then the other companies our there. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

We purchased a new refridgerator from this store recently. The Salesman bent over backwards to help us find exactly what we were looking for and was very willing to negotiote the price. We got the item at a great price and are very happy with the product.
