I went to Good Guys with my partner ready to spend cash on a new TV. We went on a weekday and there were few staff around. One of the staff members was lovely and tried her best to help but the lad she asked for assistance seemed disinterested. They also didnt have as big a range of TV's as JB Hifi so we ended up doing elsewhere. Their prices were higher as well.

It was the first time that I have been to this store and they have quite a good range, I had to seek assistance, which is usually unusual especially when you are walking around in the Television area. I finally got some help from a gentleman who seemed quite informed about the tv's, he didn't push or try to sell me something that was really of no use at this stage and was patient with me as I asked the questions, when it came to deal time, he straight up said what they can do and what they can't....however he did offer me 2 years extended for free and gave me such good service that I purchased the item. It's brilliant when you are in a store and they know what they are talking about.

Whenever we are looking for electrical stuff, we start here. They have a great big store and the variety is very good. They negotiate too, which is always a plus for budget seekers. If you buy something and you have a problem, they will get it fixed for you in a snap. They have everything from kitchen gadgets to air conditioners. We bought our washing machine here, and we got a discount so that we didn't end up paying for the delivery and installation. They also make sure you can get an extended warranty at a small cost. I love to go here, even just to browse or research. There are plenty of car parks too, and you can visit Super Amart or Masters as well.

I went into the shop today looking (Sunday 7th Oct 2012) to buy a food processor I waited for floor staff to come and walked to the staff point on the floor, walked back and forwards, looked at the 4 (3 girls and 1 man) no help, no interest what so ever! Businesses are suffering because of the Internet, no wonder. I am not a happy customer I ended up walking out might as well go to Harvey Norman!

Wow! I think I went to electrical heaven! I couldn't fault a single thing about this store. The customer service was a breeze, the stock was great and the prices were absolutely up there with the best of them. I bought a tv on the net and picked it up at the store. It took all of 5 minutes to pick up.

When I asked for a discount on the item that I was purchasing ( I was paying cash), I was laughed at before told I could have $5 off the item. I paid for the item and left feeling silly. I will never return to this store and have told everyone I know how a staff member chose to treat me.

Great service and back up ....gave us more information than was necessary to give us plenty of options

Really impressed, great value, great product knowledge, a felt that they were slightly understaffed as it take some time for someone to come and assist us, but when they did they apologised and offered a high level of customer service.

Apart from staff being quite rude and not attending as fast as should. their prices and store tidyness is outstanding. Plus you pay less for cash, as most electrical do, but its always handy to advertise. As not many people know this. Well done Good Guys
