Jackie from the Good Guys Noarlunga went above and beyond to assist in rectifying an issue for me. She kept in contact with me and made me feel valued as a customer. She is an asset to their store and a rarity amongst todays version of supposed customer service.

We purchased a TV yesterday from GoodGuys. Nathan was the sales person that helped us. What a pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable young man he is. Being an older couple and not so tech savvy, he was a wonderful help. Not only did he give great service and good deal, he saved us money each month by revising our Telstra phone plan. Good guys is very fortunate to have such a great young man working for them.

A bit of a shining light down south. Had some excellent service from these guys, have made some pretty big purchases there over the Christmas period and the service by Wayne was fantastic. Polite, good natured and was happy to beat deals from all other stores i had shopped at.

Great range of products and usually excellent deals. Some staff dont however seem to be particularly knowledgeable about products they're selling. Also have not recieved calls back from staff when requested.

I took my mother there to purchase a dishwasher and told the workers we wanted something good, but all they wanted to sell us was a a german branded dishwasher for $2000, then we asked if they had anything else to show but that was $1500, and $100 less for cash, the salesman told us if we wanted something good then we need to adjust our budget or go for a cheaper brand. We wanted something for around $900 which we did get in the end but not at this store.

Over the years I have bought many items from The Good Guys microwaves,tv's,dvd players, dishwasher, washing machine etc.I have always found that the staff will go out of their way to help you with your selection and give you a better deal for cash.I would also recommend you purchase an extended warranty we have had a couple of claims and they either pay you out or fix the item in a timely manner.

This is the first place I go when I need to upgrade any whitegoods or other electrical items at the cheapest price. The pay less pay cash deal is very appealing and service is always exceptional when trying to get an item out of stock.

Bought a new vacuum cleaner and apart from getting great service I also got a great deal with 70.00 off for cash. the item was carried out to the car and the salesperson was very polite and extremely helpful. Large well laid out store with a good range of produts
