I purchased a daily deal voucher for the Lotus Day Spa for myself and my husband while we were holidaying in Ocean Grove.

The spa has Japanese themed decor and has a feeling of serenity when you walk in. We were asked to take a seat in their waiting area and were given a glass of water while we filled out our first time client consultation forms before our therapists came and walked us through to the treatment rooms.

As part of our package we were meant to have a soak in their new Japanese bathing room however there was a problem with the baths so we were offered time in the infra red sauna instead. The sauna was fine but a bit funny as it felt warm like a regular sauna except there wasn't any steam!

We then went into a dual treatment room where we were given a back neck and shoulder massage and then a mini facial using La Clinica products.

Our therapists were lovely and made us feel very relaxed. It was the perfect activity after we had spent the week boogie boarding at the beach.
