I came here a couple of times for dinner when I'm out shopping in the city with friends. I have to say, they have the most delicious steak. Also, I would recommend trying their herb bread as entree, the bread was soft and tasted very good.

In terms of service here, I was very pleased as we were very well looked after and was addressed in a very friendly manner. My dining experience here was made very enjoyable with the service, food and the comforting environment.

Although, the price here are a bit more expensive than other places that you would go for steak but it is worth paying for.

Overall, I would recommend this and would come back very soon.

Would recomment if you're catching up with a group of friends (which I came here for) rather than a dinner for two as this place is quite busy and noisy. Food was satisfactory.

It was at a nice location, overseeing the Darling Harbour waters. I have been to MW&C twice within 3 months and each time dinner takes 3 hours from start to finish. The food is great but service is way too slow from the kitchen. Ordering is very hard as well as there are not enough wait staff to help us. Both of my visits we had to wave down someone for drinks/sauce or other items.

Fantastic quality steak in a beautiful harbour side atmosphere. Very attentive staff. Perfect serving sizes. Comfy seats. Fairly pricey, but you do get a really great steak!

This is an excellent restaurant not only for the food but also for the experience. The food is great, the view is great and the service is fast and friendly. Bookings are essential on weekends.

A great place to eat, i have eaten at the Meat & Wine Co in Melbourne as well as this one in Darling Harbour and i much preferred the Sydney experience. The location is great, its close to everything and you have a nice view of darling harbour. Its also very open so if you sit out the front its just the perfect spot on a warm summer night. The food is great, service is quick and a really good variety. The entree's are a little lacking, a wee bit small but the mains definitely make up for it. I have had the burgers, steak and seafood and they all impress. The home made onion rings are superb. You can get out of there with a decent meal and not a hole in your wallet. Definitely recommended.
