These guys are great. They turn up when they say they will- they call to let you know if there are any problems - they clean up after themselves. I have an Ilve and i have only ever waited 1 week for a part. Would recommend.

The whole team were so friendly and helpful at The Oven Repairman, the two ladies that answer the phones, and Nick the repairman. We had two separate items on the oven repaired and had to wait for some parts to be delivered. Even though delivery was slow from the supplier's end, The Oven Repairman staff were apologetic and helpful. When the parts were ready, they very quickly organised the repair. Thoroughly recommend this business.

My oven was under performing and after being let down by another service company and frustrating phone calls to three others, I called The Oven Repairman and spoke to Gabby. She was brilliant! asked me all sorts of questions to try and pinpoint the issue and determine what would be needed and if it could be addressed in one visit. She also kept me in the loop through 4 phone calls to advise whether Nick could fit me in the very next day, on his way after one of his service calls. Nick called me at lunch time on the expected day to advise if he could come and then called half an hour prior to arriving. They are an amazing team, with excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. I gladly recommend them.

Kitchen filled with smoke & fumes from a wall oven door that refuses to seal, so I rang The OvenRepairman who arrived at the exact appointed time a few days later.Nick agreed with my diagnosis of worn door hinges which needed to be replaced. The quote was very reasonable, he already had replacement hinges in his van & within a few minutes I was " cooking with electric" again. Great service from a great operator, thanks Nick !
