The service man was on time and professional and happy with the repair. However we did not get our senior discount which should have been offered as a blind man could see I'm over the hill.

The technician was great to deal with, quickly figured out and fixed the problem so we now have a working oven again. Would definitely recommend getting them out, was a very simple and pain-free experience.

This place is a rip off. I was charged 30 mins for the technician to be at my house. He was there no longer then 5 minutes. He knew what was wrong straight away and ordered the part. It took more than a month to get the part and that was me calling them asking them what was going on after paying for the part already. Then when they came to fix it they charged me for 30 minutes again when the technician was definatley not there for 30 mins. All up $428.
