Peace of mind, peace of mind, peace of mind! Our two cats, very important members of our family, love the comfort and warmth of being home. We generally engage house sitters, but on this holiday occasion, spontaneity, didn't allow. From A-Z, dealing with The Pets Hotel was encouraging and easy. We felt comfortable leaving our cats in The Pets Hotel care for ~7 days. We picked up our cats and they were fine, they were relaxed, well cared for and the world was fine. Yep, we will happily being using the services and care of The Pets Hotel again. Thanks team Pets Hotel!

We couldn't be happier with the Pets Hotel and their staff, their genuine love of animals was clear from the moment we spoke to staff on the phone, to the day we dropped Harley off. The Pet's Hotel was recommended to us by friends, I couldn't speak highly enough of The Pets Hotel, nor would I use any other facility of this kind, Harley was a little reluctant to leave.....

Housed my Labrador at the hotel for 5 days. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Was able to see my pooch on the webcam while away. She clearly didn't miss us. Like the different accommodation options and Central Bark. Great option for the winter months in Melbourne.
I definitely recommend this hotel and my pooch is looking forward to staying again.

I was really scared to leave my 18mth old staffy, Billie as she had only stayed w 1 friend before. As they just had a new baby I didnt want to hassle them. As we travel quite a bit I thought it was about time to find somewhere local and trustworthy. She seemed happy when I picked her up. She did have canine cough when she came home but that could have been from anywhere.

The Pets Hotel is THE BEST pet hotel in Melbourne! I nervously sent my staffy there for an 11 day stay. He had never, ever stayed away from home by himself prior and I was dreading the drop-off day. On the day, the staff were wonderful and didn't mind at all when I called that afternoon to check-in on him before departing overseas. They knew exactly which dog I was asking about straight away and commented on some of his funny little quirks accurately, which showed me that they really pay attention to your pet. The Central Bark webcam was amazing and gave me peace of mind, and my dog was returned to me happy, healthy and excited - and washed! I have since booked another 2 weeks over new years, and will also be booking again next year. I would never go anywhere else. You get what you pay for - yes it is expensive, but you can't really put a price on having your pet being cared for so professionally.

The team at The Pets Hotel really know how to take care of your fury family members. Definitely gave us the peace of mind that they were well looked after while we were away.

They're not cheap, but we weren't in the market for the cheapest kennel. We wanted to have peace of mind while away and know our dog was well looked after. That's exactly what they did. Fantastic level of care, very responsive, they love animals, there's even a live webcam and we really enjoyed the mi Pet reports as they were so detailed. We had our dog there for 3 weeks. He had an absolute ball, loved Central Bark, his nature walks and daily treats. He also got lots of cuddles and attention from the staff. Our dog wouldn't eat a lot while he was there because he is quite a fussy eater. The team did everything possible to find out what he likes and to try and make him eat. He didn't lose any weight which was good because we were worried he wouldn't eat and lose too much weight! They loved him there and we would definitely bring our dog back.

Tried day care at the pet hotel, they are very good. Mango (our dog) was very shy to start with. We will sent her there again while we are away.
