I got an annual service of my road bike and a once over of my kid's bike too. Its really easy to arrange a service by email. Much more convenient than dropping it off to a shop and then rushing around to pick it up.

Mike turned up on time and did great work at a very reasonable price. Follow up afterwards was great and he was happy and friendly with me and my young family. I can't recommend him highly enough. This is how small business should be done.

Michael arrived on time which was a great start! He was friendly, provided helpful advice and proved to be skilful. He serviced and repaired two of our bikes. Michael explained in advance what he was going to do and stayed to complete the lengthy job (2 1/2 hrs). He even provided some advice to my son. The charges were very reasonable. I would recommend 'The Rapid Wrench'.

Mike is a highly skilled mechanic. He took care of two high-end road bikes working with Di2 and carbon wheelsets. I am very happy with his workmanship and importantly his ethic and passion to do a great job you can't beat.

Mike also helped me sell a road bike by taking high quality photos and prepping the bike for sale and providing online resources where the bike could be sold.

Fantastig guy. Very polite and accomodating. Took several hours to service my two bikes. Went through them in minute detail (which I loved). I hate it when service providers rip through the task and then charge an arm and a leg. This was the opposite. The rates were very reasonable and he took so much time and care it was awesome. I have been a long time user of a traditional bike workshop but getting the bike to and from is time consuming and I thought I would give this a try. He came to my house at a time that worked for me (early in the morning so I could run through ti all with him before I went to work). He called a couple of times to advise what he thought should be done/replaced. I was concerned the quality might not be as good as a specialist bike shop but it was all that and more.

Mike was a complete pleasure to deal with, hes honest, reliable, and did a great job servicing my 3 bikes at an affordable price, cheaper than the bike stores!! I will be coming back again, thanks!

Was late to appointment but made up for it. He installed a new spacer in my fox shock and set the sag and rebound for me. Also while adjusting rear derailleurs found my hangers were bent and fixed them up. Happy with work done and will be calling him for any future work as well.
