If you are considering bringing your bike to a traditional bike shop and wait a week for it to be serviced, and then go and pick it up, forget about it. Mike and his team will come to your home, office or other location and provide a top class service onsite. They know their stuff, and they care about their work. Mike communicated really well before and during the service, with great follow up, and my bike is now in great nick. All done in an hour. Highly recommended.

I used Rapid Wrench to bring my old 1980's 10 speed back to life. The service and communication was first rate. I'm not an avid bike rider so Mike understood that I didn't want to spend a fortune on something that I wasn't going to use a lot. The service was professional, fast and friendly. Mark the mechanic came around on time for a fork service and did a great job. Managed to pick up on a brake issue caused by the local bike shop too. Very happy customer and will use again. It's also nice not having to cart the bike to a shop.

Mike is great, he came out o my place of work, with only a couple of days notice and gave my TT a superb service. No hassle with dropping the bike off at a shop or waiting to get it back. It was a great service in both senses.
