This is the sort of place you go if you want "Chinese Food". Yes I put it in quotes, because it is that sort of place that exists all over Brisbane. If you need a cheap filling meal, great. If you want actual Chinese food, then try somewhere else.

Took the kids here for a meal out and they loved it. They got the sweet and sour chicken which they adored - of course they did - that stuff is more like sugar puffs than a healthy main meal! They really enjoyed being waited on and just having a nice restaurant experience. I had the Singapore Noodles with extra veg (although they apparently forgot to add the extra veg). They were alright - nothing special. All in all, a reliable quality of service and food, and lots of fun for the kids to feel like they've had a 'night out'.

I like most of foods provided by this restaurant, but I like the quick service the most. We don't need to wait for long to dine. Good Chinese local restaurant.

Just wanted to do another review - we have had Chinese from here twice in the last couple of months, and I wanted to say that I have found the food so much better as far as taste goes!
Haven't had the fried rice in a long time, as it has no flavour - but as far as Chicken & Cashews type meals, they so much more flavour, you can see the colour is now darker and much more full of flavour. Def improvement on the last few months.

Not the best chinese restaurant around, the food here was quite ordinary for the price you pay, and it felt more like a take away shop than a restaurant. Probably could do with more staff too.

Nice enough food, great service. As this is really the only Chinese restaurant in Forest Lake, it will do for a quick meal if we are lacking in time to go to our usual which is about 15mins away. But sadly its not fantastic. I always have the chow mein or s&s pork, as I dont like the flavour of their standard "chicken & cashews" for example. But chow mein & pork are really nice :)
