What a pleasure it was to actually have a plumber turn up when they say they are going to. They were prompt proffessional well presented and very likeable. They fixed all my leaking taps in no time, would definatly use them again.

We have had a number of small plumbing jobs done by the Tap Doctor, mostly fixing taps, leaking pipes and toilet. They were great in that they negotiated a time and then turned up precisely at the time they said - not just once but three times now. So different from our other tradespeople experiences. They are friendly and professional, and even had a little water conservation picture book to give our kids, albeit with a bit of a self promotion focus. Just a great customer experience for this kind of business.
