I love this place, its just stunning! Chelsea who looks after me is awesome, really friendly and professional. I have been wrapt with the IPL treatment for my age spots. The service Shantelle and Chelsea provide is lovely and I love coming in.

I have followed Shantelle's business for ten years because I have complete faith in her approach to skin care. Now at 60 I understand that the general maintenance each month has been well worth the effort. I trust Shantelle and Chelsea and Laura with the new and innovative approaches and products because I "see" that they work. People comment on my "glow" and often comment that I look five or more years younger!! That makes my day !!

Professional at all times, they know their business and understand skin and the aging processes. Chelsea is consistent with her approach and professionalism and I always come away relaxed, and within a day my skin is glowing from the monthly treatment I get. I have been going their now for over a year and the good service remains consistent.
Many people comment on how 'well' I look. I like their loyalty program too where i get 10% off purchases.

Friendly staff are always very welcome with a cup of refreshing herbal tea on arrival, but I never have time to finish it as they are very punctual, and always run to time! Shantelle is very knowledgeable about the products and she is happy to explain what products she is using for your facial or lets you relax, only to wake up feeling like a new woman and float through the rest of the day.

Friendly and helpful. They are always professional and know their stuff. Plus it smells great. They also recommend the hairdresser next door which is convenient - and he is great too at Clair de Lune Hairdressing! All round an excellent experience

I have been a client of Timeless and Ageless for quite a few years. Shantelle, the owner of the business is extremely professional, personable and knows all about the latest innovations in skincare. It's for this reason and the great conversations we share that I keep going back. On a recent visit I mentioned I needed a new hairdresser and she made an appointment for me with one of the local salons. I was so impressed that she looked after me in that way and that she was supporting another local business.

I really appreciate that they always run to time.The staff are always very courteous and knowledgeable about their products.
