I love Thai food and Toong Thong does not disappoint, a lovely central location perfect for somewhere to eat before going to the theater. The service is always welcoming and friendly, the staff attentive but not crowding. The meals are delicious and full of flavor and fresh ingredients

A work mate suggested that I stop by here when dining out next, Thai isn't normally my good to food, but the meals and atmosphere here are wonderful. I really enjoyed their sticky rice and mango.

I went here just before i left tassie at the start of this year and cant wait to get back to tassie for our holidays so i can go here again. The food,service and price was really good. I loved the special fried rice which has chicken, prawns and vegetables through it. My friend preferred the thai beef curry. The atmosphere was is very friendly and relaxing.

This place is nestled away in the yorktown square in town & therefore nice & private. I went there with friends one night & am keen to return. The meal was very well prepared with nice fresh flavours. It has a relaxed casual setting & the service is outstanding

This place is absolute tops for Thai food. We went there one night and were actually quite put off by being the only people in the restaurant as we were worried this reflected on the quality of the food, and it was also quite awkward as it was very quiet. The meals were quick and really nicely presented, and they tasted amazing. They were pretty large and some of us did not finish but were able to take the leftovers in a small takeaway container. The price was great for what we got. After the meal we were brought a nicely presented mandarin and some mints.

I was really happy with the meal and I am keen to go back here soon!
