Great customer service all round. Great value. Could not fault anything. Removalists were well organised, friendly ,efficient, very hardworking and very careful with everything. Have used Top Removals before and will continue to do so.

When I started searching for a removalist, I didn’t like the way the other companies put on the hard sell. Natalie from Top Removals talked me through their simple method for calculating the cost of a move without all the confusing extras like insurance and weekend penalties. Their time estimate for loading and transportation was accurate: it took bang on three hours as quoted, compared to the six hours I was quoted by their competitors. The move itself went very smoothly: the guys were very polite and what impressed me was the great care they took in handling my possessions. They were very patient and easy-going and a credit to their team. Lastly, when I compare the final bill, I think I saved approximately $200 compared to the other three quotes so Top Removals proved to be excellent value for money as well. Thank you Natalie and team for making the stressful process of moving house bearable! I would not hesitate to recommend this friendly company.

I was a bit hesitant using a very small firm but we were only moving an apartments furniture and everything was fine, the boys were courteous and careful and efficient. I can recommend them to anyone needing localised removals.

I've been meaning to write a review for this service for a while now. Last month I had to organise some removalists very last minute to help me move into my new apartment. These guys were by far the cheapest, and friendliest sounding on the phone! They don't charge stair fees which was really crucial to me seeing as my new apartment has a LOT of stairs. They also helped me carry up new ikea furniture that the ikea delivery men refused to carry upstairs! The guys were really friendly and funny. I really appreciated their help. I trusted them with my stuff, and it made moving so much less stressful. Couldn't recommend enough!!

excellent move by top removals. The guys came on time and were pleasant to deal with. Booking was also a breeze with Natalie. Both of our movers are friendly and wore a smile while doing all the lifting and moving. It was our first time to move and i would definitely use them again if ever there will be a next time.

We had a great experience with these guys. The quotation vs. the actual cost was very close. They arrived slightly early which was a bonus. It was messy move involving multiple drop offs and moving furniture around in our house also.

The two blokes who did this were particularly affable and patient.

Update - Top Removals offer a 5% discount if you write them a positive review. What they didn't tell me is that you have to write and post the review before the move is finished in order to get the discount at payment. Not sure how you can write positively when the job is not yet done. None the less I was happy with the service despite missing out on around $40 discount. I know it's not much but moving is expensive so every cent counts! Here is my original review:

Thanks Top Removals for making moving day so easy for us. We moved a short distance within the same suburb but had a lot of stuff - a full house plus garage, large pot plants, bikes, BBQ etc. Barak and Ben were careful and professional and handled the move so well even in the pouring rain! So impressed with the way they packed everything into the trucks like Tetris masters. They were well planned, courteous and quick to unload. Nothing damaged or broken. Thanks guys.

Fantastic! We moved from Melbourne to Ballarat (over 100 kms distance). The 2 guys who moved us (Yo Tam and Florian) were courteous, considerate and really efficient - recommend them any time. I left Melbourne before them and drove at 110 kms/hr most of the way - they arrived in Ballarat in their 4 ton truck with all our furniture just 10 minutes after I got there!! And only charged for the time it took - which was less than the quote! Amazing - you wouldn't find anyone better to move your stuff.
