I locked my keys in the car and had to leave it at parking lot. Toplock was willing to negotiate a time - if he (can't remmember name) had time he would have picked me up at home (at midnight) to get back to my car but managed to meet me earlier the next morning on his way to another appointment. This I appreciated very much. Also negotiated price as I am a student. Quick, efficient, friendly.
