Write a reviewLiving on a sloping block it was hard to find a builder keen to take on works. That's until we met Peter from Toto Properties. Since our first meeting discussing possible renovations Peter displayed a wealth of knowledge and experience. He filled us with confidence and he was excited to take on our project. Peter and his team figured out a extension to incorporate stairs in our small cottage in the Dandenongs to add new bedrooms, bathrooms and increase the living area of our existing home for our growing family. Peter and his workers have a passion for their work and would always keep us informed, answer our numerous questions and even spare a moment to entertain our young kids. Thanks Peter and Toto Properties, it was a pleasure and we love our newly renovated home.
We have an extremely steep block of land and access is a nightmare! Despite this Toto properties completed our extension to a very high standard and over came all the obstacles that our block threw at them. Any defects were quickly addressed and corrected without question. Everything was conducted in a very professional friendly manner. We did have one issue with a subcontractor which, once identified, was quickly addressed and managed by Toto properties. We would highly recommend them for any steep block project. They even went above and beyond to help us with things that were changed/not included in the original agreement. Very happy with our experience :)
