I bought what I was told a playpen by the sales person and they had 40% off as they were closing down. I bought a few other things and brought it back today to get a refund as it was only extensions for a playpen. They never gave me a receipt and I was charged over $36 and the girl at the register had to call someone to assist me. I got told it was only 20.00 and he could give me my money back but with the 20% off came to $12. What a joke, he said it was my word against his, it's not my fault they didn't give me a receipt but I need to cop that. They have signs everywhere to say they will refund and exchange and customers are happy and so are we....... What can I do if your staff don't give receipts? It's not my job to ask if you don't have properly trained staff. I am so appalled by this, won't be going back thee AGAIN ever!

Value is the only thing that makes going here worthwhile. The service is honestly quite appalling. Some staff are truly disinterested and showed no effort towards helping me pick out something for a 10 year old boy. They seemed to give recommendations on all the high priced items, and advice was not genuine. The value is fantastic however. Quality is a little bit of a hit and miss. Some items are fantastic, others are quite cheap.

Shopped here for some Christmas Presents recently, when I called i received little service though the girl managed to get the job done and put away some toys for me.
When i picked up there was little service or even any interest to help find the toys that were put away.
Big store, lots of variety, wide aisles.
