I went there for a CT scan today and they were running late and then was told I need to wait for my results and it take 15 mins, 45 mins later after I chased it, no apology about the wait, otherwise I still would be waiting. No customer service and the scan wasn't cheap!

I went to return a product that we bought and the service was terrible. They had no cash and made me wait for ages with no apologises, so appalled with service these days

Went there today with my bub and she loved it. They have a great pool for young Kids, water is perfect! Would go there again!!! There are different pools and sizes etc

We went for dinner there on Tuesday and found it to be very average service. The food was average. One of the waitress was really lovely and friendly.

This shop was closing down and the sales guys were still so friendly and helpful compared to their other shops. Well done to them! So good to see to enjoyed shopping there needless to say got some great bargains

Very average service. I went into the shop on Thursday night and the sales assistants were kicking balls to each other. Hen asked questions one wasn't helpful at all to the point of being rude.

I bought what I was told a playpen by the sales person and they had 40% off as they were closing down. I bought a few other things and brought it back today to get a refund as it was only extensions for a playpen. They never gave me a receipt and I was charged over $36 and the girl at the register had to call someone to assist me. I got told it was only 20.00 and he could give me my money back but with the 20% off came to $12. What a joke, he said it was my word against his, it's not my fault they didn't give me a receipt but I need to cop that. They have signs everywhere to say they will refund and exchange and customers are happy and so are we....... What can I do if your staff don't give receipts? It's not my job to ask if you don't have properly trained staff. I am so appalled by this, won't be going back thee AGAIN ever!
