I certainly don't make an effort to go here unless i know that there is a particular item on a good special. It seems expensive and nothing really unique that you couldn't find cheaper at a place like target?

I don't know how big the other Toys R Us stores are as this is the only one I have been into but this one is Huuuuggggeee. It has just about every toy imaginable.

I don't think they were as cheap as other department type stores but you just can't go past there range.

I love the product range at Toys R Us Doncaster however I have been disappointed time and again by the service. There is just NO assistance, then when you do push for it they don't put any effort into it. Really disappointed. I only go here now when I want to buy a product I can't get anywhere else.

I have only shopped here once when I was in town but found them to be speedy Very helpful as I knew what I wanted but had to described it to the staff member as it was somewhat in puzzle form.
Now I have grandchildren and I do go down sometimes I will call in again.

This is a fantastic store with the lay out being sectioned off neatly with toys for different age groups and to forget there is a huge variety of toys

The service was fast at the check out, as I barely had to wait to be served

the staff are friendly and eager to help you find what you need.

The day that I visited this shop, the range of products was good but the service was quite slow. I spent a long time waiting at the cash register but I suspect that it was just a busy day. Other than that, I have no complaints

There's a huge range of toys to choose from. Great ideas for gifts. The prices are reasonable. The staff are friendly.

Very good for purchasing Toys & Baby Staff, especially when they are on promotion. Good shopping environment and service. Keep an eye on the promotion events and bring your kids along on Saturdays as there is always different event for kids there.

Every time I have to buy a birthday gift for a kid I go there and I always find something to buy. It is good place for buying toys and kid stuff
