Chris and his team responded to a broken tree and also found another tree that was in danger of falling. They dealt with both and did not leave a mess.

We would not recimmend this business. We were told to expect a price of $45 (+$35 call out) for locked out of house and were charged $242. Its a total discgrace. The process took under 10 seconds and they charged around $100,000 per hour for their services.
We intend to follow this up.

This is a pleasant cafe to eat at although quite small. They have a wide range of bakery products in particular and the service is good.

This offers both Pinoy and Thai food. A Nipa hut is a traditional wooden Filipino dwelling and this is a very basic cafe. Seating is very limited but if you want cheap take away this maybe the place for you.

This restaurant is a little different to the other Thai restaurant nearby (Phayathai) in two ways. Firstly, the cuisine is more focussed on spicier items such as Chili beef salad. Such items are excellent standard. The coconut milk curries are less of a specialty here.
Secondly, they also feature non-Thai items such as a range of quality European cakes. THis is not a place to go if you want a Paenang or Massaman curry but what they do offer is good.

Enrik's is the place to go when you are in Blackburn. The food quality is excellent and you even get the services of a wine waiter. The prices are also a little more than most eating places. You can expect to pay $25 for a main course.

This restaurant is best with the southern Thai cuisine. You will find great quality Massaman curries and other cocunut milk dishes here. You will not find so many Thai salad options.

This has always been a restaurant that is pleasant to eat in and the service is good. Th quality of the food is adequate also. I personally recommend the Malai Kofta. One issue is that prices have risen over recent years while no change to the food has occurred.

I am impressed with this restaurant for many reasons. One is the quality of the food which I believe to be excellent. Another reason for me being impressed is the knowledge and expertise of the management and nature of the service. The restaurant owner/manager regularly makes the effort to personally serve each diner and personally discuss that night's specials.

This is a standard fish and chip shop but they do a good grilled fish in particular. Sometimes the amount of chips that are obtained for a set amount can vary so this can be a problem (although one may obtain more than one expects sometimes which can be nice).
