Have been with TPG for approximately 5 years now and have nothing but good service with them. Our internet has gone down again due to NBN networking in our area and TPG was able to organise for someone to come out the next day and fix the issue with our line. Problem was solved in less then 24 hours and we had the best technician on the phone. He was able to support us and provided us with the best customer service experience we have had

Been with TPG (mobile and internet) for years now. In general, I am happy with their service and you can't really beat their deals. Their bundle offer is great! Have to admit that mobile coverage might not be the best in certain areas, but usually good enough for metropolitan areas.

I have been with TPG for many years for my mobile service and more recently for home phone and Mobile. I have been extremely happy. Recently, I added my wife's mobile to the account as she was out of contract elsewhere I (I thought) it was great value. After paying all the required fees and getting her set up, I decided to enable International roaming as she is planning an NZ trip in July. TPG immediately deducted well over $400 from my credit card immediately as a deposit. I have had a faultless credit record with this company over 10 years and find this very offensive. All i can say is "buyer beware"!!!!

We have been for TPG for a couple of years. The have one of the best internet packages on the market. The biggest problem we had was when we signed up to them.

We were told we needed to be home for the connection to occur, and it will happen in the afternoon. My husband took the afternoon off work and went home to wait for the serviceman to come. When it was 5pm, he called TPG and was told the serviceman had come in the morning! He was quite disappointed as he took the afternoon off without pay and noone from the company had called him to tell him that they had already connected the service. We were told that it was out of their hands because the servicemen were Telstra contractors.

When we asked for compensation for our time, we were offerred 2 months free. I wasn't happy with this and the salesman spoke to his supervisor and came back with 2 weeks off! He said the first offer had already expired.

We were so upset at being put on hold constantly and after over 3 phonecalls and several hours of complaints, we gave up dealing with them, as we knew that they only cared about our business and not about keeping the customer happy.

Approximate cost: $60

There are so many amazing deals on tpg and best of all there are no contracts! I think if they looked into selling phones as well a lot more people would be interested. I haven't had too many network issues, however there was one time when tpg all of a sudden blocked all outgoing calls because I hadn't paid my bill yet. They could've informed me first... Other than that, the staff is quite efficient. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap mobile plan. However there is no 4g just yet.

I have the $69.95 monthly plan and have no problems at all.

My internet speeds are pretty good.
The quality of local, long distance and international calls is good.

The price of everything in the one bundle is just great. Though I bet prices will only come down. Happy with no problems at all

Approximate cost: $70

IN a day when telecommunications companies get bagged then I want to put a flag out for this mob. I have been a customer for about 3 yrs. I am on limited income so get great benefit out of their pre paid mobile plan for $17.95 a month for $550 credit. I have rung them 3 times in these years and yes I get off shore reception but always pleasant to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending this telco for this service. I do not have their internet service but would like to give them ago for the cost is far better than others. Only thing is the set up costs that deter and even they are good when you have the extra cash.

Approximate cost: $17.95 pm

Great value, I have been with them for a number of years and have had no problems. No account overpayments or underpayments. Would recommend them.

just signed up for 2 mobile phone sims - what a great deal - less than $10 and I get $250 worth of calls and sms - and free voice mail. Telstra couldn't even get close to that. And no contract - I'm thrilled!
