A last minute call out to cut up a fallen 10mtr Acacia Vagilia which had come down over our back fence. Work carried out on Sat due to neighbiurs having to leave for a holiday. Brent was filling in for Brent and was efficient, safe and very helpful in getting the job done as required. Price was competitive but the main thing was that we got exactly what we asked for - no surprises!

TreeFx service was really good. They have explained nicely what needs to be done and attended all details as asked without missing a point.They were pleasant and courteous people . Pruned large gum and Ash trees and attended various other pruning .Removed few stumps and removed all debris and left the site clean and tidy . I would definitely recommend TreeFx service .

We asked for a quote on a tree removal and apart from the fact that we received a very competitive quote, we were also impressed with the concern given to the rest of the garden. The workers followed through with this concern, were extremely courteous and did many extra things beyond what was quoted for. A fantastic affirmation of the good that exists out there! Removed a large tree (+ a few others) from the front of our property. They were on time and stuck to the quoted price. Cleaned up our front yard and the neighbours after they were done. Treefx cut down some dead hanging branches from high up in a pin oak tree which were difficult to get to, as well as pruning an over-extending limb. They took out extra dead wood on the way, and removed all dead material plus the extra from the property. Treefx were only 1 of 2 businesses to reply promptly, and the only one to be able to come out quickly. Dean was very friendly, courteous and polite. He communicated in a very personable manner (unlike the other company quoting who handed over their quote with hardly a word before dashing off). Dean also gave advice as to the condition of the tree in general. I would highly recommend Treefx' services, and will call them for any future work needed.

Tree FX removed one huge dead tree from a tight spot, one smaller dead tree and trimmed an ugly one. Great workers, on time, left the timber in good sized bits neatly contained in the backyard with no collateral damage. Dean was quick to quote and keen to be competitive.
