We had two big tress cut down and the stumps removed.Deans crew were great very polite, professional. We asked to keep the timber for our fire and they cut it up and left for us in neat pile. We would certainly pass on the Tree Fx name to anybody who wants a great, neat and tidy job done..Big thanks to the boys!!!

We needed three large Cypress Pines completely removed including the stumps, from around our pool. Also, some other trees cut back from around our roof line and the trees down the length of our driveway cut back and one removed to stump level.

Dean called to say when he would be here to quote and was very punctual. On the day of the job, they also turned up exactly when he said they would. He is very polite and professional. His team were also polite, friendly and very customer focused. Nothing was a problem, even when I asked for a few extra bits and pieces to be done on the day. They even replanted a tree that needed was suffering where it had beenand would have put Seasol on it for me if I had any. Was very pleased to see all the safety equipment being used and whilst they were fast workers, they were still careful and didn't rush things. They were respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up when they left.

Dean had even warned me on the day he quoted, that a few smaller plants may be slightly damaged in the area where they had to take the stump grinder through, but you can barely tell where they were as there is no real visible damage. I felt comfortable with them being around our property. He also told me how to prepare the soil from where the treeswere removed before planting anything new there.

Fantastic service and would definitely use them again. A good honest guy. We have dealt with a lot of tradesman in the last 12 - 18 months with having a pool put in, landscaping and various other things and Dean and his team's work ethic far surpass any of them. It was such a relief to finally deal with someone so competent.

Dean and his crew did a great job. He came out to St Kilda and gave great advice on what needed to be done. They removed a large tree, pruned a few more and vines and removed a palm tree stump. As I will be planting two new trees, they dug the holes I will need. They couldn't have been more helpful. Bang on time as well. Left everything clean and tidy. Great value. I even got a couple of free plants with a voucher off here! Thanks guys!

The team at Tree FX did a terrific job! We had a large tree cut down in quite a tricky spot between power line and telephone line. They removed and replanted a small bush that was in the way and as planned, successfully worked around some young saplings growing in the area. Dean was prompt in giving a quote, turned up on time and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Price was great also. The scope of works that Dean and his team performed was to remove and grub two very large trees that were at least 50 years old in my backyard. A huge Queensland Brush Box and a gigantic Liquid Amber, as well as a large lemon tree.

The context is to make way for a redevelopment project.

Dean came over to quote and I have to say that from the very outset, his warm and friendly business like manner were most refreshing as he clearly knew his stuff, and was extremely understanding and perceptive as to what was required.
Dean was the only one amongst the range quotes I received, that actually picked up that the lemon tree would also need to be removed. Others just looked at the two very large trees.

He presented his quote to me on the spot professionally on TreeFX quotation form and we discussed access and some of the necessary practicalities re disposal of the timber and chipping. He was great and positive throughout.
Dean set a date there and then, which was within a week and we sealed the agreement.
The quote was very competitive and it needs to be said that having persevered with a range of competitors in the field in terms of getting quotes for the job.
Dean's promptness and professionalism was outstanding.

I actually felt completely relieved when we sealed the deal as having dealt with this difficult task (as I really cared for the trees that had to be removed) over a period of time and somewhat procrastinated and delayed it until it was absolutely a must for them to go, when Dean left I felt completely assured and totally relaxed that I was in the very best of hands.

On the day the team were sensational and methodical and believe me it was a formidable task. They arrived as Dean said on time, did their set up and equipment checks, and got into it.
It took them a day and as I said it was a formidable task. each of the team members including Dean, Brent ( Dean's brother) Jim and Shannon were extremely committed and hard working gentlemen. Each were so friendly and focussed.
They chipped the material as they went and cut the larger branched and trunk methodically and precisely for laying on the nature strip which they all did and it was as neat as a pin.
There was a heap of firewood cut in useable lots. They did a great job there.
When finished they cleaned up faultlessly and on departing, they said that if there were any probs with whatever not to hesitate to call them. How good can it be? They were great!

I was informed when Tim from TWR stump removal would come to grub the stumps and that happened as planned. Again the girth of the trees with the remaining stumps were formidable. Tim was like the rest of the team, a real gentleman and extremely friendly and professional and very understanding. Thank you Tim a great job done complimenting the great job done by other members of Tree FX.

Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Dean and his crew arrived on time, and all work was done exactly as quoted, left place clean & tidy and we are very happy with the result. Received excellent advice from Dean as well.

Having trouble with possums in our big trees. Dean and crew came and cleaned up all the deadwood and pruned to prevent possums tranferring from tree to tree, then put possum guard in 7 huge trees we have on our property.. Two full days work and they were so careful with my garden, leaving the place tidy and cut and stacked the firewood..amazing!

A nice group of guys who were polite and efficient. Left my property clean and tidy. They would be my first choice if I needed any further work done. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a very large eucalyptus and two smaller trees removed as well as stumps. Dean provided a very reasonable quote within half an hour of me contacting him, and was happy to work in with our requirements.
