If you get quotes from the Tree Guys to cut your trees back do not use them. They will offer cheap pricing but anything they damage they will do a runner and you will never get hold of them. Neighbours used them, they dropped a branch over my side, smashed my table and left. Unable to get hold of them.

I am horrified that these people can come and cut out a tree at my neighbours house and wreck my fence extension and say nothing, just disappear. Neighbours knew nothing about this. Neighbours were notified immediately when I came home and made an honest attempt to contact them but they never got back to them. I tried to contact them and was told via text what to do. I have a brochure from them stating that they are fully insured but I don't believe that they do. They are disgusting and should be reported to Worksafe. No permit was done for this tree and council wanted to come down but the neighbours would have to wear it. Please done use this company. One day someone is going to get killed with their unsafe work practices. I cannot understand how someone can be so dishonest. Australian Taxation Office might be interested in this matter.

Don't use these guys - invoices and quotes have no business address and
use a paging service. When I queried why invoice was higher than quote I
was told because I didn't pay cash. Was then verbally threatened and that
speaks for itself.

"I gave specific instructions on the phone and then to the team when they arrived to completely remove a small section of bamboo from a garden bed. After paying them $250 I realized they had just cut it off at ground level and sprayed it.
DO NOT HIRE THEM!!"

I was quoted on the removal of a large oak tree, and some smaller trees. The price seemed okay, so I also got them to quote on some trimming and hedging. Everything was done, but I had to keep reminding them on what we had agreed to and make sure it was done. I paid for the work as agreed, and was told that the logs from the oak tree would be collected in a few days. That was silly of me, as the logs are still sitting where they were left, most of them are that large that I am struggling to move them. It's coming up on two weeks and I can't get hold of the tree guys to remove the logs as per our agreement. They got paid, but they did not complete the job. They also took my broom, which I had to replace and now I have to go buy a chainsaw to cut up the wood so I can move the remainder of the oak tree. I would not use them again.

Tree guys came to my house on time and with a positive great attitude, All the work they did exceeded my expectations. Very professional, I will ask them back next year, well done tree guys.
