I hired Evan of Jims fencing Mount Eliza to build a new paling boundary fence before I installed a pool. I contacted three fence builders for a quote. Evan was the only one who turned up at the time and date he stated. I decided then and there that he would get the job regardless of the quote. As it turns out his quote was just as competitive as the others which arrived about three weeks after I received Evans. Evan completed the job quickly and to a high standard. My neighbor was that impressed that he got Evan to replace his whole property boundary fence. A while later after the pool went in, I got Evan to erect a colorbond boundary fence across the front of the property. Another quality job was delivered. I have since used Evan to complete all the pool fencing and install a large aluminiun slat front entry gate to my property. I could not be happier. My whole property has been transformed with his work. He is very professional, honest and friendly, and goes out of his way to ensure that the customer is 100% happy with the service and product. I highly reccomend Jims Fencing of Mount Eliza.

What ever goes wrong with this guy will always be the clients fault. I Was told not to use this guy, and I should have listened. They have no respect for your property, and there was always an excuse when something went wrong. After the job was Finnished I pointed out how all the concrete used to stick the pavers down was running out as it was to wet. That was my problem as well. I stated that as there was no base around the edge as it had all run out, that when the pool fencing went up it would probably result in cracked pavers as the fencers drilled dynabolts into the pavers. He simply wiped the sludge back in with a sponge and said it would be okay. Well what happened? Pavers cracked. The fencer who is also a landscaper said the concrete used under the pavers was mostly sand and was just crumbling away as they worked with it. This is evident along the edge of the paving. This was two weeks after the paving was done and should have been rock solid. You can still scratch the sandy stuff away. saving a few bucks on concrete or incompetent

This is the third time I have used Top Tint Mornington over the years to tint my cars. I chose the darkest legal tint, known as Nanotek. Once again, they completed the job to a very high standard. They were quick, helpful and well priced. Their new workshop is very clean and well located. Highly recommend their service.

I was quoted on the removal of a large oak tree, and some smaller trees. The price seemed okay, so I also got them to quote on some trimming and hedging. Everything was done, but I had to keep reminding them on what we had agreed to and make sure it was done. I paid for the work as agreed, and was told that the logs from the oak tree would be collected in a few days. That was silly of me, as the logs are still sitting where they were left, most of them are that large that I am struggling to move them. It's coming up on two weeks and I can't get hold of the tree guys to remove the logs as per our agreement. They got paid, but they did not complete the job. They also took my broom, which I had to replace and now I have to go buy a chainsaw to cut up the wood so I can move the remainder of the oak tree. I would not use them again.
