Wouldn't recommend using them as there delivery driver is likely to kill someone on the way to deliver your windows. Witnessed a TREND semi change lanes right on top of a car, forced the car off the road and then abused the poor person in the car.. like they were the one in the wrong... person in the car Is lucky to be alive.. TREND PLEASE DRUG SCREEN YOUR DRIVERS for everyone's sake...

I wouldn't recommend Trend to anyone. I built a small Granny Flat and the builder recommended Trend but the problems started with the first engagement. The delivery was incomplete (Trend blamed being busy ahead of Xmas 2019), they dropped one of the window frames off the truck which was witnessed, one of the doors didn't fit and had to be remade which took months, 1 x louvre glass for the laundry nook still hasn't been delivered (we're now nearly 12 months) they supplied an Aneeta window (Another Stegbar company) with a lock different to all the other windows (with 1 key only) and continually deny the key / lock can be keyed the same. Still waiting to have a custom strike fitted to suit the remade door and they have pointed me back to my builder to get a fly screen for the window (wow that's customer service for you). I emailed the State Mgr NSW who had a service tech attend but I've just been told they will deliver the customer strike and louvre glass but fix nothing else. So in summary i have waited nearly 12 months for Trend to fix their problems but the won't entertain fixing the window lock or suppling a fly screen.

They get back to you quickly and answer all your queries in a timely manner and their product is affordable and their delivery times are reasonable. We are doing an extension and need half a dozen windows and on budget, while still including the little extras that matter.

Approximate cost: $2k

We ordered over $35,00 worth of new windows for our new home, they mucked up a few of the windows and then expected us to pay for them. Handles corroded within 1 year and they blamed the renderer, the warranty is terrible and the service likewise. they were the dearest quote we got and we thought they would also therefore be the best in all aspects, however they are not. Installation took for ever and they had to replace peices of glass and frames as the were damaged on delivery but they tried to blame us. Not impressed at all.

Trend Windows and Doors have store locations throughout most of Australia. We got double glazed windows for our new house. Our builder put the order in too late to get the colour of our choice so we had to go with a standard colour. We visited the store and spoke directly to the young fellow dealing with our house and builder. He was empathetic, polite, well presented, friendly and had a sense of humour and gave us his time and attention. We picked a colour and he took us to show it on some windows and what our windows would look like. While we didn't get the colour we wanted, the trip to the store was worthwhile. It was easier to deal directly with the company and bypass our builder this time. Oh, the windows look great and I can definitely recommend double glazing. Yes it costs, but it is worth it!
