They bulk bill, wait times are usually short, you can normally ring up on the day and get an appointment. They now have a psychiatrist working from the Kangaroo flat Tristar which I hear also bulk bills.

Service: some staff are off-hand and disinterested
Waiting times: never on time, often over 45 minutes when clearly no emergency ahead of us
This medical Clinic is in an old house so not purpose built. Usually over crowded, no room, feels grotty and can feel stuffy.
Toilets: old, cramped, poor access
Access: Very poor access, big heavy main door, always lots of staff behind front desk - but never get up to help disabled or elderly persons with door
Bulk billing. Very little interest shown, no follow up

good if you have a cold or something simple. wait times are not too bad but it is good if you need to see a doctor bulk billed. i have gone there a few times but i prefer the eaglehawk tri star

If you're just needing something basic, this medical centre is for you. I've found that the doctors I have seen there are lacking in knowledge of more complex medical issues and just hand out prescriptions as asked. Office staff are friendly. Some of the doctors are difficult to understand. If you don't make an early morning appointment, be prepared to wait for quite a while. Not enough seating in waiting room.
