Limited post sales service, our skylight still flaps in a strong breeze despite a number of visits, and unfortunately the wood used to build our home was not treated properly so sap is leaking out and ruining the paintwork.

The personalized service I have received with this builder has been great. I deal with the same person every time i need to contact them. Our house is great and very well priced. Extremely happy to recommend.
