I purchaced a property at tamborine and was suplied a building and pest report by the real estate which stated previous evidence of white ants no current activity found. they were everywhere. i called Tudor from trusted pest managment. He was brilliant with the advice given and the honesty in which the whole prossess of a full barrier around my home was installed. i have rebuilt the majority of my home in the 12mths since and have found not one termite. I have just had my 12mth inspection and top up. Trusted sent tech Andrew out who was again brilliant in his attention to detail inspecting my home and topping up the barrier. I had to email to let you know that Brett has just finished the pest inspection at the house I rent and he made a usually annoying and inconvenient thing very pleasant .
Brett was very professional in his approach to the job he had to do.
I am a very confident person but in this day and age, it is a little worrying to have a person (of the male gender) who you don't know, come to your house .................the stories you hear !!
Brett's personality and demeanour put you at ease and made you feel safe.
Brett also took the time to answer any questions I had and explain what he was doing / has to come back and do.
