In summary don't do it!

Where do i start - I should have seen the warning bells early on!
-Once the deposit was paid Tanya did not respond to emails, refused to answer any of our simple pre wedding queries (rang to ask if they supply umbrellas and she told me to call back 2 weeks prior to our wedding as it was too early to speak with us as they have lots of weddings on).
-Photographer late to the ceremony (arrived 15 mins after the bride despite leaving 15 minutes before the bride!)
-Tanya took two months to contact us after the wedding with a date to see an actual photo from our wedding (after much follow up from us).
-Quality of photography not as seen in sample albums/on website - extremely disappointing and missed some great opportunities.
-Tanya extremely rude in post wedding meeting to look through negatives and even more rude in second meeting to go through album design and content (by the way you only get one shot at this, feedback on editing is not allowed, according to Tanya you choose your album photos and it goes to print without a glance from the customer). Unfortunate considering she typed in the wrong date of our wedding on the cover page despite us picking it up in the album meeting. Other requested corrections not made also.
-After unsuccessful follow up for many months from our end we received an email from Tanya 12 MONTHS after our wedding saying our album was ready!!!! By then we had given up and gone to a friend's photographer who did a beautifully edited cd and album of our photos in under 2 weeks and I've noticed on facebook that despite being a very busy and popular photographer she gets an edited cd/online album of shots up from the wedding within 1-2 weeks! She charged the same as TW. YOu have been warned people. Save yourself the stress and go with someone else!

Marco was outstanding on our wedding day. He is a true gentleman and such a beautiful and professional person to work with. You hardly knew he was taking shots, everything was very natural, comfortable and stylish. He organised our bridal party and families wonderfully and with minimal fuss! It was a pleasure to have him taking photographs of our special day and I would thoroughly recommend his service. Thank-you Marco

Joe shot our photos for our wedding day and Tanya finalised our album...Everything was amazing!!!! There was great communication leading up to the big day so both myself and my husband knew what was happening where and when. We were able to choose where we wanted to go for location shots between the ceremony and the reception and Joe was really halpful with suggestions as well. They were very prompt with giving us our prints and there was no limit to how many were taken so all the memories of the day were captured. Joe was a fantastic photographer who made us both feel very comfortable and joined in with our celebration. Our album looks phenominal and we have had so many positive comments on just how amazing it looks, so it cant just be our bias.

We were so happy with our wedding photo's! Richard shot our wedding and Tanya finalised our album. Right from the start there was no pressure and when we booked they were genuinely excited to share our special day with us!Our photo's were beautiful and every single one was perfect - it made it hard picking the ones to go in our album! Different packages to suit every budget - surprisingly cheap - unlimited photo's (colour/black&white), unlimited locations and beautiful ideas to pick from. They don't just do weddings either - they do families, babies, fashion etc. I tell everyone about Urban Artistry and could not recommend these guys enough!
