So we had Greg come out over a year ago for our termite problem. He gave the house a clean bill of health and promise of follow up. The process cost around $2000. Our electrician found white ants just recently and Greg is nowhere to be found for any follow up call or advice. We will have to start all over with another company and another bill of $2000.

Had a problem with a nest of wasps in the garden of our future home site. Phoned Greg late in the afternoon and he was there right on time the next day and problem was solved. Great service.

Greg has worked around our tight schedule, provided reports in clear format with references to Australian Standards. He
had been understanding, professional and honest! Through this renovation I have met so many tradespeople (roof tiller, electrician, plumber, curtain makers, etc) and I have nothing good to say about many; Dealing with Greg is simple, straightforward and reliable!

Suspected that there was a wasp nest behind one of our retaining walls and called a few pest control companies for quotes to treat it. Greg's quote was $10 more than the cheapest quote (but that company couldn't come out within the week). FYI - the third quote I got was $68 more than Greg's.

Made the calls on Monday morning and initially Greg said he couldn't make it til Wednesday, which was fine. But then Greg called me back that he could make it after all if I was home, so 1 hour later he was at our property.

Both on the phone and while here, I found Greg to be an easy person to deal with. He was happy to explain to us about the wasp nest (where, when, how) and also about the treatment (as we were concerned about our dog and the effects the treatment may have on him if he went near it, which btw turned out to not be an issue).

Greg assured us the wasps wouldn't be back, and if we did notice any activity in the next few days he would come back to retreat. It's only been half a day but so far so good, not a single wasp in site.

Emailed Greg regarding some animal problems in my property. He replied to me very soon and provided a quote. I decided to go ahead and really happy with the service he provided. There is no noises at night any more.

After trying other very expensive companies trying to get rid of whatever was running around in our roof I searched on WOMOW and found 3 highly recommended pest control companies. Twin Bahs were the only ones to respond to our calls. We got a quote which seemed reasonable and booked them. They arrived on time and seemed very knowledgeable so fingers crossed we will soon be rid of the noises in the night.

Greg conducted 2 inspections on properties I was considering for purchase. His prompt and professional service is worthy of a review! Greg was able to schedule both inspections within a short time frame, liasing with real estate agents for me and cutting out the frustrating back and forth phone calls. Greg followed up with a phone call once the inspection was completed and sent a detailed report via email. I highly recommend the builder he works with too!

I had a full termite treatment on my house in Wangarra rd Frankston, I found Greg pleasant to deal with, he arrived when he said he would and his price was competitive.

On Monday I discovered I needed a pest controller urgently. I found Greg on the internet and even though he was busy he was able to come at 6pm. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He investigated the problem as best he could and treated the problem effectively. All is now great. Very very happy.

We recently had a preventative termite treatment to a house in Endeavour Hills and an inspection to a house in Cockatoo. Both were done professionally and for a very competitive price. Greg kept to his word and arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. Couldn't ask for better!
