Not the cheapest but the one making us feeling most comfortable.
Each year we would go away twice, living at eastern suburb with an infant making so much sense for airport long-term parking.
Perfect every time! This is really important after a long-haul flight with a baby, we thank Ace Airport Parking every time.
Why shouldn't a good business be recognised!

Against our urgent timeframe Jimmy had out-performed our expectations. I would think he is a perfectionist but in a gentle and well-mannered way. Couldn't be happier with the end result!

Greg has worked around our tight schedule, provided reports in clear format with references to Australian Standards. He
had been understanding, professional and honest! Through this renovation I have met so many tradespeople (roof tiller, electrician, plumber, curtain makers, etc) and I have nothing good to say about many; Dealing with Greg is simple, straightforward and reliable!

On day one, Simon inspected and made recommendations after explaining in details. His team has accommodated our tight schedule and completed everything on time. Highly recommended for their professionalism, workmanship and honesty.

This review is for Harvey Norman, Maribyrnong VIC

Twice in the past 12 months I found this store is more expensive comparing to other Harvey Norman stores and some of its practices have been questionable.
I discover this first in June 2014 when I took a picture of a heavily discounted vacuum in Harvey Norman city store to this store on the same day (I didn't want to carry it all the way from the city): this store had it at the full original price, about 2.5 times higher. Yes, they done the "special" price for me and I felt they knew very well what was the correct price.
In May 2014, we took pictures of furniture from Nunawading store and brought our business to Maribyrnong store because the lady at the Maribyrnong store seemed sincere when we visited earlier. Guess again: the dinner set were marked about $200 higher, the sofa's RRP was $200 higher (the Nunawading salesperson checked on computer and told us the RRP) and the Barrel chair's RRP is $100 higher! We finally decided to settle for the prices matching the Nunawading store. It was 5.30 pm closing time and the two girls waiting to pack up the green envelops (financial documents, used gift cards, etc) had no hesitation to show us how upset they were because we were still there. All together, we spent about 5k in that store that day!

You be the judge.

Good website for occasional cheap airfares and the website itself doesn't charge a fee for cancellation. When change or cancel an airline booking you must call the customer service line. Make sure you know the airfare rules (which are online) BEFORE you call: the representative told me the airfare was non-refundable and I will get nothing back. After telling him the rules I got a refund subject to a rather small airline penalty. However, took 21 minutes until a representative answered and the call length was 36 minutes on a Monday afternoon.

To be fair, I have purchased cheap tickets with this website before. One thing i never paid attention until now is the cancellation charge by this website (on top of the fee charged by the airlines): $250 per person flat, even for an infant ticket without a seat. Refund waiting period is 8 - 12 weeks per its website.

This review is for Trafalgar Tours, Brisbane QLD

Two people to London, Paris and Rome. Services very so so and, every city you go, there are always additional charges and sales pitches. For example, when visiting Paris you need to pay extra for Louvre; the London tour was simply a 3 hour bus ride around. Because Trafalgar seems to have sub-contracted many cities to individuals or agents (charted buses or carrying different logos), the overall experience was less personal, full of reminders for tipping by every tour guide, additional charges (e.g., for airport transfer if you are leaving on a different date than the tour finishing date and, unfortunately, all major attractions). In conclusion, OK if you don't want to organise yourself, otherwise not worth it.

This review is for Australian Post, Melbourne VIC

To start with, I sent an airmail with a notartised declaration to China. Two months later, we decided it is, for sure, lost! We sent an international express envelop for just under $15 and it arrived in Beijing (yes, the capital city with multiple international flights departing Melbourne daily) 3 weeks later. I do not dispute the Austpost counterpart in China may have also contributed to this delay but I strongly believe it is up to Austpost to liaise with its counterparts around the world. How could DHL, TNT and others survive and compete? I gave up on Austpost and thanks for being so useless!

I paid for 23 lessons (possibly 1 more because I paid cash and did need a receipt). My instructor agreed I should book for driving tests. Passed stage 1 (although the testing officer really hesitated). Failed at the second stage. I may not be a smart person nor a quick study but I am certain my instructor failed me! He was pleasant to talk to, so that's one star
