They had good Drs a few yrs back but not anymore, they just want to swipe medicare card and get you out the door. They are all rude and careless. Misdiagnosed my condition several times then refused to provide a referral to a specialist. They shouldn't be practising

Extremely lovely staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Youre doing a fine job!! For the people complaining about wait times, really.. what do you expect...?Some people show a little foresight and book ahead. It shows also that the practice staff are spending time with their patients, and are booked up because they do so. You moaners are being quite short sighted and are victims of the modern expectation of instant satisfaction...just listen to yourselves and look at the bigger picture beyond the end your nose.

Went in with a sick child and waited for over an hour while more than ten people turned up and were seen by doctors. If you only see people with appointments don't accept people who have had to come in unexpectedly, or at least tell them they will be waiting all day! When raised with reception I was told that they have appointments (could have gone to three other doctors in same time). Would probably be still waiting if hadn't given up and left.

They do bulk-billing which is great and there are a range of doctors there. There is plenty of seating and the receptionists are very friendly. You don't need an appointment but the wait is very long. The doctor i saw didn't seem very knowledgeable at all and wasn't very friendly. She didn't help me with anything i went there for. Will not be going back.

Good, bulk billing medical centre. Better standard of doctors than most bulk billing centres. Its good to have an appointment though you may have to wait up to an hour even with one.

This is a very friendly medical practice. There are often no queues, which is very nice especially if you are urgent. The doctor is very knowledgeable and intelligent.
