Went in with a sick child and waited for over an hour while more than ten people turned up and were seen by doctors. If you only see people with appointments don't accept people who have had to come in unexpectedly, or at least tell them they will be waiting all day! When raised with reception I was told that they have appointments (could have gone to three other doctors in same time). Would probably be still waiting if hadn't given up and left.
