Staff were busy when I arrived. I needed a tyre fixed after driving home from shift work. The tyre was not in stock due to my choice of "KA" and was told it could be ordered and would arrive mid afternoon. The Manager personally listened to my shift work situation and offered to pick up my tyres personally reducing a six hour wait down to me driving away in just under an hour. The presentation of tyre power Werribee is immaculate. The waiting room, chairs, Tv, $1 cans of soft drink and when I needed the toilet honestly it is maintained better than some fine restaurants I have attended. Paul the Manager even included me in on the coffee run he was doing for his boys. Honestly I am usually quick to complain but this business is one not to be over looked when choosing a local car maintenance business. One very impressed and now very loyal customer. After numerous annoying calls to other Tyre places, I finally called Paul down at Tyre Power Hoppers Crossing.
He was so helpful and gave me really good quality tyres and a full alignment for nearly half the price I was being quoted elsewhere !
