The guys were friendly and helpful, they rang me with queries and to keep me informed of progress.

I dropped in to find out if they can get me alloy wheels for my wife Ford Fiesta. Very polite and helpful stuff provided some options and promised to look for something more and call me. I went to three other tyre place on the same day. No one called me back except Jeff from Type Power. He found some wonderful Advanti wheels for our Fiesta. Now my wife and I are happy customers.

Jeff Darrington the salesperson that served me was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained how long it will take for the tyre to be fixed. After the tyre was fixed, he also advised what the condition of the tyre was. When I enquired when are the back wheels due for replacement, he advised I do not need to change them yet, not for approximately 1 year. He worked this out based on the last time I had changed the front tyres. I do admire the honesty and left with a thought in my mind that it's a business I can recommend to my friends. I mean female friends who could safely go in to enquire and will not be over charged because they are girls and do not know anything about tyres like myself [that's why I brought my husband with me]. Overall, they were fast and very efficient.
