Met some friends here for some drinks and light nibbles before going off dinner. Not a very large/spacious place to be, infact quite cozy. The marinated olives, spicy chorizo sausage and cheese went very well with wine we had chosen. Service was a bit slow, but hey it really gets busy but is a pleasant experience.

Came here on a friday night and it was very busy. For such a small place it was pack so there wasn't much room to move around so we didn't stay for very long. However for the bit I was there I liked watching the bar staff at work doing their cocktails and serving. They were all smiling and very friendly, however I rated serve average due to the quantity of people and their obvious inability to keep up with the crowd. Perhaps they need to put another person on.

Approximate cost: $avg

Well when I was told about Udaberri I was keen to check it out. It took 3-4 walks past it to realise we had found it. (You will know what I mean if you go). I'm a beer lover and thoroughly enjoyed the selection of local Lobethal Bierhaus on tap. Didn't venture upstairs so have an excuse to return.

After reading a recommendation on Womo, a girlfriend and I visited Womo. I agree that it is a little expensive but that the atmosphere and style makes it worth the extra. I, too, would like to see more on the menu but the chorizo in apple cider was divine. We also had a couple of other items - didn't love the baguettes, which were a bit too "mayonaissey" for my liking. Great range of cocktails and good wine list. Service was generally good. We were there on a Saturday night and it really took off after about 10.30/11 with a great DJ playing cool tunes and a young crowd coming in and taking over, but we were sat at the bar so still enjoyed ourselves. We'll go back, but perhaps eat elsewhere.

Great little place that is very popular with the Friday night drinks crowd.
Drinks are slightly more than normal however many would happily pay for this for the atmosphere. Crowd is more sophisticated than many bars around Adelaide - great for a casual drink without having to contend with drunken louts!

I wish they had a bit more food though - or at least provided some options for vegetarians other than chips and cheese! Tapas has so much potential for non-meat eaters!

Overall a great experience even though slightly over-priced.

Great review. Have never heard of it but will try it out when I get a kiddie free night!
