they gave me information on the phone when I called up enquiring about the service as to the price that it would be. when I took the car in they where very friendly and helpful. They called me to let me know what things needed to be looked at and fixed the things that I wanted them to fix and left the things that I didn't want them to fix just yet. when I came back into the store to pick up the car they ran through everything that they had done and what still needed be done as well as giving me a print out of everything for my records I was really happy with them.
Avoid like the plague. They will try and take advantage of your lack of knowledge to conduct major and minor repairs that are not necessary. eg. shock absorbers--when there was nothing wrong with them. Wind screen wipers were replaced less than 2 years, but apparently they were no good and had to be replaced. To add insult to injury they couldn't do the repairs, but had to get it done by a third party (Pedders). Though every franchise is different, I would avoid Castle Hill UltraTune because they will over charge and conduct unnecessary parts replacement.
