Replaced coolant reservoir to fix a leak. Leak persisted so I took it back to them. They claimed they checked all their work and that I needed a new radiator. Sounded dodgy to me so I checked things myself - they pinched an o-ring seal doing the original work, and either lied that they checked it, or knowingly tried to wrongly sell me a new radiator. Neither possibility reflects well on the business.

I also had to replace a fuse that was blown due to them spilling coolant on nearby electrics.

I get my Rover Mini Cooper serviced with Dave. Great service, they are a quality local business that don't charge an arm and a leg. Happily recommend them to anyone looking to get a car service.

Asked for a normal book service from these guys for my Holden Commodore got a call from them halfway through the day saying the brake pads were shot and needed to be replaced so I said OK but keep the old ones, that I am a tradesman and wanted to check for myself. When I went to pick up the car the old brake pads had mysteriously vanished. They the gave me a list of faults with the car including $55.00 (genuine price from Holden dealer) engine mounts that they wanted $800.00+ to replace. They had listed the radiator & hoses as needing replacement although a reconditioned one and new hoses were fitted only 6 months ago. That is just for starters, almost none of the work recommended actually needed to be done! I took the service report and the car to the RAC and they checked it over - not only was there very little on the service report but they MISSED a loose nut on a tortion rod that could have caused the steering to FAIL causing a serious accident. I complained to the MTA but they get paid by Ultratune not me so they didn't care either. Bottom line = STAY AWAY.
