I have used United Carpark many times and have made a booking with a female employee named Lisa who confirmed my booking for the duration of my holiday. The Carpark is undercover and you park the car yourself and keep the key. Miny bus to the airport is quick and a phone call to pick up on the return is also quick. The Carpark is secure and my car is safe. I recommend United Carpark.

Worst decision I ever made when booked with this business, even though I booked in advance they didn't honoured the booking. They had the doors closed when I arrived, said they didn't have any spots available and that I should find somewhere else to leave my car. I asked to talk to a manager and they wouldn't provide a name or a number. They're rude and unreliable. And I wasn't the only customer who arrived there to face the same problem.
Look somewhere else for long term parking!!!
* They don't deserve not even the minimum rating 1/5 that I'm required to give to publish the review.
I stayed 2 nights at the mantra tullamarine in which united airport parking is connected to. Why I wouldn't recommend either business..Since my last stay the place looks and smells run down there rates have gone up they don't have carparking any more. I have a disability which effects my legs and the distance I can walk but today I had to park further away because a white 4x4 ute was parked in a disabled persons car spot, I'm sorry but that really $#@-'a off. When I went and told the carpark operator he shrugged his shoulders and said its the bosses car.2 nites cost me $360+. Bosses rego AVV-510
Just arrived back from Qld, this afternoon 24/03/20 l was picked up at the airport, along with a disabled person in a wheelchair with his wife, the driver was deployable, in his treatment of this disabled person, who repeatedly asked the driver a number of times to please move the bus closer to the curb for access. At first as with his previous drop off he requested to sit in the front seat which was denyed. He then repeatedly told the driver that he was unable to stand, he had to then monuvere his body onto the platform, drag both his legs on then drag himself onto his seat. The driver also spoke to me in an aggressive manner when I tried to help the gentleman. This has to stop, treat disabled people with respect, they deserve please
United is an off site long term parking garage close to Melbourne airport. I booked online in advance for 3 days parking. On the day of departure, I drove in and was greeted by a guy who asked me to go up to Level 3 or 4 to park. The space was however very limited and fortunately I was able to find an empty spot. I then went back to reception and got straight on a shuttle and they dropped me off between Virgin and International terminal . It was approximately 10 minutes from United to the airport. On the day of tenure, after the luggage claim and at the same drop off point, I called United for pickup. It took about 7 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The staff were super nice on both days and very helpful. On both days, the shuttle was also full. It looks like United has had good customer flow. Be sure you book online before you drive in.
Had to wait a ridiculously long time for shuttle pick up as this service also picks up Mantra hotel guests and each bus was full. Haven't had this with any other offsite car parking service.
We have been using this carpark for years and have never had a problem. The price is reasonable and the service is always prompt.
United Airport Parking has been our preferred place for long term airport parking for the last few years now. After our last visit there, it is time to look elsewhere. Even though we booked well in advance, we were told to drive all the way up to the roof top where covered bays were limited and already taken. We had to settle for uncovered parking and yet paid the full price and cheaper elsewhere. Well, if you don't look after your customer, someone else will!
Although all airport parking is a rip-off, these guys do a pretty good job. You self-park and take your keys with you, and the courtesy bus is efficient and warm. They don't drop-off at Tiger's T4 Terminal. The trick when parking is to choose the blue BMW bays in the corners, as they're wider than the others, and anyone can use them! And, 90% of the carpark is undercover.
Approximate cost: $30+
United is an off site long term parking garage close to Melbourne airport. Previously I'd always used the onsite lot but after waiting 45mins last time to get back to my car I decided to try going off site. I was actually going to go to another company that a friend suggested but saw this one first so went in. I was very impressed with the ease of it all. You go and in park your car, then go back to reception, you then get straight on a shuttle and they drop you at the airport. It was less than 10mins from entering to being at the terminal. They can't drop you off at Tiger so you have to walk from Virgin, a little annoying but only the onsite long term has permission to go there so oh well! A little confusing when getting picked up, but that was mainly as I flew Tiger out and Qantas back so wasn't sure of the pick up location. However the van was there within 5 minutes of my call and I was at my car within 10mins of picking up my luggage. The only bad thing is that I left at 5.15pm and arrived back at 6.15pm and that hour cost me $9...but again they all do this but it would be nice to have a half day rate or something...The staff were super nice on both days and very helpful. I'd use them again without a doubt
Approximate cost: $9 a day
