Their chips are great, the fish is cooked perfectly and if you tell them how you want your Schnitzel cooked they are very obliging. Their service is excellent, they are very helpful with all requests and are quick and efficient with your order.
Fish, Schnitzel and chips is all that we have ordered and we haven't tried any of the other items on their menu as yet, but I am sure they are just as enjoyable. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Nope. This one's gone downhill big time.
Chips aren't as good as they used to be.
Also, we ordered extra large salad and the girl behind the counter fills the container equivalent to a large.
Also, got the Caesar Salad and she kept scooping egg and sauce and not the lettuce. How can you call it a salad without the salad? Definitely not worth it anymore

We love this shop and I would say that it's our regular chicken shop. The chicken is a good size and well cooked and the chips are some of the best in Adelaide, in my opinion. The shop has had many owners over the years and these people deserve the good reputation it has with the locals. Yum!

Staying nearby for the night, we were looking for a chicken shop for a quick and easy dinner. This was the first one we came across. Our order was taken promptly, and I was impressed by the fact the man who served us didn't need to write our order down. There was an extensive range of fresh salads to choose from, the usual chicken shop type menu but also offered free range chickens. It's only took a couple of minutes for out food to be ready which was impressive, 1/4 chicken and salad and chicken hot pack with chips peas carrots and gravy. While my 1/4 chicken was piping hot, it was quite dry and disappointing. My greek salad was tasty though. My friends hot pack was a generous serving, his chicken moist and tasty but the chips were pretty soggy and the gravy tasted awful. Overall it was ok but I think I will try somewhere else in future
