Love this shop! Friday night is takeaway and we usually have chicken and chips - still the best we've found. The chips are truly excellent, in my opinion. Nice staff and reasonable prices.
Picked up a whole chicken for dinner from this chicken and seafood shop. Very clean and well presented with a great range of salads. I was served promptly by friendly staff. However the parking can be a bit difficult if you are shopping at peak time.

I've been going to this shop for over 45 years and have met many owners. Currently, the shop is clean and the food cooked to a higher (and tastier) standard than some of the other 'chicken shops'. The chips are among the best I've tasted. Not the cheapest, but worth it.

This is the first and only place I have ever seen godfather sized chips. It was HUGE I tell ya.
Chips didn't lack chicken salt, but try to eat them quickly cos once they get cold, its not as great.
They had other things like chicken and salad, but I only had eyes for the chips that day due to my amazement in the bag sizes. If that's to big they start from baby, mama, papa, grandpa to godfather.
The lady who served us looked happy and seem like she wanted to be there.

We have just moved to the area and have started going to Urban Chicken. The chicken is really tender and juicy and the chips are so crisp and salted perfectly we sometimes go jsut for the chips. The only downside is that because it is so good you sometimes have to wait 20+ minutes, but thats what happens when it is so good.

Very friendly staff, free range chicken is fantastic, the salads are as good as any BUT you pay through the nose here so value is bit low for me. I consider coming here as a treat due to the prices.
The best take away in adelaide, amazing salads, fish and chicken, excellent service, the shop is very clean and the food quality is outstanding never will go anywhere else again
