Hi There.

Just thought I would contact you in regards to some feedback.

Yesterday morning (Wednesday) my wife and I entered the store at the Entertainment Quarters Moore Park so my wife could browse & potentially purchase an outfit.

We walked into the store as the only customers there. The sales assistant looked at my wife and I and just looked away. Not even a greeting!! My wife started browsing briefly at the clothes and the sales assistant looked at us and again not even a recognition of our existence was given by her. Not a simple Hello or can I help you at all? Nothing!!!

My wife & I turned and exited the store and decided to take our business elsewhere!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. In this day & age it baffles me!!!!

Just to clarify we entered the store and left the store with no interaction from your sales assistant whatsoever.

It is obvious that the sales assistant did not want to be there today as you could see by the expression on her face and the fact that she could not even be bothered to greet us as we entered the store, nor any offer of assistance.!!

As a business owner myself and my wife in retail it is very sad to see that certain employees are not dedicated to their jobs. It is very sad to see that poor customer service still exists as there are plenty of other dedicated persons much more suited for the position desperately seeking employment!

Hii. Your response is a disgrace and I never troll with any of my reviews. If you feel that way you must obviously have a lot of money and do not value honest reviews left by decent honest people in the community. You really need to assess you attitude in regards to people's honest reviews.

I'll reiterate, you came in, had a short browse and left. The sales lady was watching you to see if you needed assistance whilst having to rearrange the store on her own. Anybody can have a mild lapse in service standards. Slurring businesses that you have had zero real interaction with is in fact, a disgrace. Had you spoken to the lady you would have seen how lovely she is as she has many regular customers Do you leave reviews for restaurants you haven't eaten at if they don't immediately offer incredible service when you walk in? I suggest you find more positive things to do with your time.

Listen. I'm not going to get into a verbal slinging match with you. The fact is my wife and I walked into the store where there were no other customers in the store and the sales assistant looked straight at us both and ignored us. Regardless of how busy she was it is common courtesy to welcome people as they enter a store. I agree with you. The sales assistant may be a lovely lady but the fact is that she ignored us both.
Perhaps you should spend more time training staff on how to treat potential customers rather than trying to prove your stubborn and unrealistic point of view here.
Your attitude stinks just as much as the customer service does that is not received from your staff.

Honest reviews are left to assist other potential customers and to provide valuable information for management. In this case it appears that my honest review is falling on deaf ears.
